Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- In the event of high order volumes or other delays, processing time may be extended. You will be notified by email if your order is significantly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors, such as severe weather or courier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Novus Natural is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@novusnatural.com to resolve the issue.
